Still potato.

Really these shots are set up pretty well its just the grains that makes them look... not that great. Although I’m sure the potato could do really well with better light. DSLR or a nicer point and shoot could really go a long way here.

It may be better at non-camera things than a potato, but those are potato quality photos. Like Slant6 said, you’ve got the right idea in terms of composition, but the photo quality just kind of ruins the experience. The ones in the garage are nicer/sharper, but for the lower light situations you either need an extremely steady hand and a DSLR or ideally a tripod to mount whatever you’re shooting in order to do nice long exposures.
